Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy
1. Introduction
Because our products are digital audiobooks and ebooks delivered electronically through our website Puritan Publishing (https://puritanpublishing.com) website (including through our Audiobookshelf server (also referred to as the “audio player”) at https://audio.puritanpublishing.com, we maintain the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges of such digital items.

Physical printed books are ordered through a third-party provider “Lulu.com”, which prints our works, and they maintain their own Returns/Refunds/Exchanges policy, which governs such purchases and their policy can be found on their website at: https://www.lulus.com/customerservice/article/returns-policy
When you purchase a physical copy of a book product, you are also provided digital download files for an audiobook/ebook (and the ability to play such on our complimentary
Excepting the physical product issues (i.e. print quality, delivery, etc) that must be handled through the third-party provider: if for some reason you are not satisfied with a product due to the nature of the content itself / our work, you may contact us to request that we swap out the digital downloads associated with the purchase with another similar product of your choosing. While we are unable to exchange and provide the new printed materials, we will try our best to swap your digital downloads, so that you can try the audiobook/ebook of another different product. We will try our best to honor such requests, but we can not make any warranties or guarantees.
2. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer monetary refunds, except where required by law or in the case described in Section 3 below.
3. Exception: Failure to Deliver
If we fail to deliver a product you have purchased — for example, due to a processing error, a technical failure on our end that prevents you from receiving access to your purchased content, or a similar material failure on our part — you are entitled to a refund or, at our discretion, redelivery of the product.
To request a refund under this exception, please contact us within a reasonable time of your purchase using the contact information below, and describe the issue you experienced.
4. Exchanges for Dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased, we do not offer monetary refunds, but we will consider requests to:
Exchange the product for a comparable title of equal value, or
Provide an additional comparable product at no extra charge, in lieu of a refund.
Exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are offered at our discretion as a courtesy to our customers.
5. How to Request an Exchange or Report a Delivery Issue
To request an exchange, or to report an issue with delivery/access to a purchased product, please contact us (see Section 8), and be sure to provide us with your order number and a description of the issue or your reason for requesting an exchange.
6. Processing Time
We aim to process return, refund, and exchange requests within 5–7 business days of receiving your request. This is a general target, and we cannot guarantee this timeframe in all circumstances, as processing times may vary depending on request volume or the nature of the issue.
7. Availability and Outages
We make no warranty or guarantee regarding the continuous availability of our website, product pages, or the audio player used to access your purchased content. If an outage or technical issue temporarily affects your ability to access purchased content, this does not, on its own, entitle you to a refund; we will work to restore access as quickly as reasonably possible. If you believe an outage has resulted in a genuine failure to deliver your purchase (see Section 3), please contact us (see Section 8)
